Rehab
Pretty confident my shoulder isn’t fractured… did some turbo sets on Tuesday and Thursday (3x5mins and 8x2mins), ran 3 miles and rode 1hour on Friday and hoping to ride 1hour and run 5 miles today… the shoulder / elbow is still sore, but I’m sure it wouldn’t let me do all this exercise if the bone was broken! Bike hills have to be seated, as getting out of the saddle puts too much pressure on my arms, but apart from that everything is almost back to normal
(except for putting my hair up, which has to be done upside down and takes a while)
Glad it’s not as serious as you suspected at first. Get well soon and recover well.
